International Football Coaching Seminar Bulgaria 2019
On April 15th – 16th, 2019 Bucephal Sport Management organized for a second time an International Football Coaching Seminar Bulgaria in Sofia city. More than 100 international and Bulgarian coaches of different football levels attended the event. Among them were famous names such as Dimitar Berbatov, Martin Petrov, Daniel Borimirov, Georgi Ivanov, Svetoslav Dyakov, Ivan Tsvetkov, Kostadin Angelov and many other former national players and prominent experts. The goal of the seminar was to present the current trends in international football and then to discuss them.
Lecturers were the European champion from 1996 and currently, executive director of Fortuna (Dusseldorf), Mr. Erich Rutemoeller, Mr. Peter Schreiner – former coordinator and manager of career development of football talents at the Schalke 04 Academy, Mr. Sebastian Gepperd –German champion for 2018 with his team Borussia (Dortmund ) U17, and the conditioning coach of Borussia (Dortmund) U19, Julian Raabe.
Thanks to our joint efforts with the football coaching school of BFS, like in 2018, the attendants of the seminar had the opportunity to renew the validity of their UEFA Pro, A, B, C and conditioning coaching licenses.
Newly implemented practices in organizing the football game were discussed during the seminar. Techniques, tactics and conditioning preparation were reviewed. Topics of discussion were also the structure and the concept for the development of the children’s and junior football Academys at the leading teams of Fortuna (Dusseldorf) and Borussia (Dortmund), as well as the development of the first teams.
The participants of the seminar were offered the opportunity to purchase literature, CD’s and auxiliary training materials, as well as a dedicated software program for plotting and animation of drills and play forms.
